Each villa is beautifully mastered offering the highest quality in design and function. All the residential amenities are in place for you and your friends and family to enjoy, including a personal golf cart to move about the Emerald Bay community.

All villas are non-smoking. 

One Bedroom Villa

The one-bedroom, 1 bath luxury villa averages 1,040 square feet.  The one-bedroom villa occupies a single level.  The master bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet and private terrace.  The bath has a whirlpool bathtub and dual vanities.  French sliding glass doors from the living room also access the terrace or balcony.  The villa has a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and full size washer and dryer.

Two Bedroom Villa

The two-bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury villa averages 2285 square feet. The bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the first floor and the master bedroom offers a private terrace. The living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath are located on the second floor in order to maximize their views. For your convenience, the villas also feature a full size washer and dryer.

Three Bedroom Villa

The three-bedroom, 3 bath luxury villa averages 2600 square feet. Two bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the first floor and the master bedroom offers a private terrace. The third bedroom and full bath, living room, dining room and kitchen are located on the second floor in order to maximize their views. The villas also feature a full size washer and dryer.

Two Bedroom Penthouse

The two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath penthouse has 2,023 square feet.  These villas occupy a single level, accessable by elevator.  These spectactular villas offer sweeping views of the ocean, golf course and/or marina.  The master bath has dual vanities and  a whirlpool bathtub.  Large private terraces are accessed from the living room, dining room, and master bedroom.  The villa has a fully equiped kitchen and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Four Bedroom Grand Penthouse

The four bedroom, four and a half bath Grand Penthouse occupies the entire top floor of the building with over 4,000 square feet of pure luxury, and an additional 1,236 square feet of terraces. The villa features a fabulous gourmet kitchen,  and upon request, services of a private butler and/or chef is available.  The large formal dining room seats10, all bedrooms have private ensuite baths.  The media room features a large plasma tv with surround sound, and the wrap around views are absolutely stunning.   

Reservations Policies

• Rates are subject to change.
• A 10% service charge and a 6% bed tax will be added to each night’s charge.
• All villas are non smoking; a policy that is strictly enforced.
• We require a minimum length of stay for the following holidays:
  Christmas/New Year (20th Dec 2006 to 4th Jan 2007 inclusive) - minimum stay of 7 nights.

Cancellation Policies:

Guests who cancel or alter their reservations during the cancellation period are subject to forfeit of the three night deposit, except for Christmas and New Year when the deposit is as outlined below.

• Standard Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations notified 14 days or greater prior to arrival date: full refund.
  • Cancellations notified between 1 and 13 days prior to arrival date: three nights’ deposit will be retained in full.
  • Partial stays/early check-out: guest will be charged for full booking.
    
• Christmas Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations notified prior to 1st October: full refund.
  • Cancellations notified between 1st October and 31st October:
    three nights’ deposit will be retained in full.
  • Cancellations notified between 1st November and 30th November: three nights’ deposit will be retain in full; in addition, an amount to bring the total equal to 50% of the total booking will be charged to the guest’s credit card (i.e. a minimum equal to four nights’ stay).
  • Cancellations notified on or later than 1st December: three nights’ deposit will be retained in full; in addition, an amount to bring the total equal to the entire value of the booking will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
  • Partial stays/early check-out: guests will be charged for the full booking.
  • Guests are not permitted to transfer forfeited deposit to future dates of stay.
