Dining at Grand Isle celebrates the culinary traditions of the Bahamas. The existing Pallappa Bar & Grill is an outdoor lunch venue overlooking the infinity pool pavilion and Emerald Bay. This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, with an emphasis on native fish such as conch, grouper, snapper and crab. The other Grand Isle dining experience involves dining in your villa.  The concierge will assist you with choosing courses from the Chef’s fine or casual dining menus. On the evening you choose, one of our experienced chefs will accompany a service staff to your Villa to prepare and serve your gourmet meal. If a private dining experience is what you prefer, choose one of our family style meals.  Selections of freshly prepared meals are available for you to choose from.  Dinner will be delivered to your door ready to be heated and served family style.
